Before coming to China from the UK, our Managing Director had a career background in ownership and management, which included manufacturing for the professional audio-visual and broadcasting industries, with particular emphasis on reliability and quality control. This was achieved through the adoption of Total Quality Management (TQM) as a model for delivering complete satisfaction to customers.

Having settled on metalwork as an industry with scope for further expansion into worldwide markets, the company's mission in China has been to deliver the full advantage of low production costs to customers, whilst placing maximum emphasis on quality control... from sourcing materials, right down to delivery.

Each of the carefully selected factories we work with are operated by graduate engineers, who have welcomed our input and experience... and wherever practical, have been keen to introduce new procedures to ensure only the highest quality products are released to our many customers around the world.

We are always pleased to welcome visits from customers but in their absence, we serve as their eyes and ears... and maintain regular contact with feedback and photos. We monitor progress at every stage of production... and with all communication in clear English, we have eliminated interpretation problems, especially over matters of detail.

Whilst we're all in business to earn a living, we also take pride and pleasure in meeting our customers' needs and requirements... at all times striving to do so in a polite and friendly manner.
